We stand behind the quality of our AI-generated fitness plans. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — no questions asked.
We believe in being fair. If you genuinely didn't get value from Fitness Helper, we want to make it right.
✓ You ARE eligible for a refund if:
- You request within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
- You experienced a technical failure and did not receive your plan
- You were charged twice due to a billing error
- The service was significantly different from what was advertised
✗ Refunds are NOT available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
- You have already requested a refund for the same subscription previously
- Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- You simply changed your mind after 7 days
- Refunds are not available on annual plans after 7 days
The Free plan does not involve any payment, so no refund is applicable. If you generated a free plan and experienced a technical issue, please contact us and we'll regenerate your plan at no cost.
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:
- Email us at info@fitnesshelper.bdonlinedoctor.com within 7 days of purchase
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
- Include your purchase date and the email used for payment
- Briefly describe why you'd like a refund (optional, but helpful)
- We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days
Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Bank processing may take an additional 3–7 days depending on your bank.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund (see refund eligibility above)
- Daily WhatsApp messages will stop at the end of your billing period
To cancel, contact us at info@fitnesshelper.bdonlinedoctor.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription."
If you're unhappy, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond quickly and will do our best to resolve issues directly.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account. We take fraud prevention seriously and work with Stripe to investigate all disputes.
